IOS 12.4 going to release by Apple
There are rumors that the IOS 13 is coming to screen, but its release is not yet confirmed. But Apple has just released a new stable update, IOS 12.4 which is going to be the first version which supports Apple Card. This feature is not enabled yet.
According to a Bloomberg report, Apple employees have been gifted with a new feature, which is that they can sign up for the Apple Card with a beta version of IOS 12.4 and an invitation.
On a credit card for US costumers, Apple has partnered with Goldman Sachs. When the US costumers sign up, they receive a master card that they can control from the wallet app.
In addition to costumer’s most recent transactions, customer can see a breakdown of purchases by categories. He can get 1% back when he pays with his Card, 2% when he pays using Apple Pay and 3% back when it is an Apple product. Cashback is credited directly on costumer’s Apple card, and he can pay for products using Apple Pay. He can make payments on Apple Pay and transfer it to his bank account.
According to the company’s announcement, Apple Card was expected to be released this summer, but as new IOS 12.4 is being released, Apple Card will not be so far.
There is another feature introduced in IOS 12.4 that is its migration tool. Now costumers can transfer data files from one Apple device to another wirelessly. It would be so helpful for those who are moving from an iPhone to a new one, and they don’t use ICloud.
With this update, costumers also can control their Apple News+ content more granularly. For instance, users can clear downloaded magazines, check their downloaded issues, and more.
This update also re-enables Walkie Talkie on the Apple Watch. The company had to disable the feature due to a vulnerability temporarily.
Don’t forget to back up your iPhone to ICloud or iTunes before updating. Then move to the Settings app, tap General, and Software Update.
